Originally from Hereford, I am currently a qualified Level 2 Swim Coach and Level 2 Swim Teacher. I am also studying for an undergraduate degree in Sports Psychology and Applied Coaching through the Open University to continue my personal and professional development.

Born locally, I went to school at what is now Hereford Academy before attending Holme Lacy College to gain a National diploma in sport. I started in the aquatics industry as a lifeguard, before becoming a swim teacher, and eventually a swim coach. These qualifications allowed me to improve my skills and open up opportunities for a career. I have even coached performance swimmers in Dubai before returning to the UK in 2019.

Fun fact: I swim and compete as a masters swimmer, so I am looking forward to representing the City of Hereford Swimming Club in the pool as well as out of it!
