The club has a professional Head Coach, who is assisted by a team of dedicated volunteer coaches and poolside helpers

The list of our coaching team and their contacts can be found below, along with a short introduction about their vision and ethos on swimming.

Ben Clifford

Head Coach

Originally from Hereford, I am currently a qualified Level 2 Swim Coach and Level 2 Swim Teacher. I am also studying for an undergraduate degree in Sports Psychology and Applied Coaching through the Open University to continue my personal and professional development.

Andy Boucher

Coach

Andy has been involved in competitive swimming for over 10 years. He started when his eldest daughter joined the club and wanted to “make a difference”. He is now a qualified Senior Coach (UKCC Level 3) meaning he is capable of delivering a swimming programme that helps swimmers develop and achieve their full potential at whatever level they are aiming for

Dave Cash

Water Polo Coach

Dave is an ASA level 2 water polo coach and was instrumental in starting the water polo section of the club in 2013. Since then he has coached junior players to county, regional and national level. Despite being only a small section, Dave has been key in forging partnerships with other clubs and associations to give his players the best opportunity to reach their potential. In 2015 the club joined with Worcester Crocodiles to enter a junior team in the Midland League for the first time.

Lloyd Rickards

James Cockroft
